Capture the full game using the latest in AI camera technology. This package includes an operative to man the camera. The full footage will be delivered withing 48 hours. For an additional cost we can also live stream the game. We do require a stable Wifi, Ethernet or 4G/5G phone signal which would need to determined prior to the game taking place. This connection must be provided by the booking party. Sportstream cannot be held responsible for any intermittent or poor connection. A link will be shared which can then be distributed by your team, The game is also recorded at the same time. Includes the latest 4k ultra HD camera technology A dedicated crew operative to set up and record the footage 48 hours (business day) turnaround of the footage once fully edited 90 minute footage! Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process Availability: Subject to availability; advance booking recommended. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after booking; check for accuracy. Payment: Full payment is prior to booking. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of kick off time. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancelation fee. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Rescheduling: Free if requested within 48 hours of kick off time. Late requests may incur a fee. 3. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged the full booking fee; no refunds. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in shortened service. If over 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show with full charge. 6. Refunds Processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 7. Special Requests Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests. 8. Changes by Sportstream We may need to alter or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer alternatives or a full refund. By booking with Sportstream, you agree to these terms.
